What we are building

DASH, built for Considine Search0:38Voice - Kevin Considine - CEO | Sample data

The workflow ·  8 steps

One search, from the client's job description to the placement

Here is the whole process in DASH, end to end, every step in the order a recruiter does it, on sample data. Click a step to see what happens there. The steps marked with a time open the video at that moment.

Here is the whole process in DASH, end to end, every step in the order a recruiter does it, on sample data. Scroll through it two steps at a time. The steps marked with a time open the video at that moment.

The whole process, end to end
  1. Drop in the firm's job description as it arrived, Word or PDF. DASH rewrites it in Considine's format, with title, location, practice areas and compensation where they belong, ready to send.

    1. 01 / 08

      Format the job

Client file in, house-style job description out.

Drop in the firm's job description as it arrived, Word or PDF. DASH rewrites it in Considine's format, with title, location, practice areas and compensation where they belong, ready to send.

    2. 02 / 08

      Post it

One card on a board the whole team shares.

The formatted description becomes a live job on the Open Jobs board, with its client, owner and status on one card. Nobody has to ask who is working what.

    1. 03 / 08

      Find matches

Describe the person; get a ranked list with reasons.

Type it the way you would say it to a colleague: a sixth-year capital markets associate in New York. DASH searches the firm's whole candidate history and ranks the fits, each with a written reason you can check in seconds.

    2. 04 / 08

      Build a list

Save the search as a list that keeps itself current.

A smart list is a saved set of filters, not a frozen spreadsheet. The sample search finds 148 people, and anyone who fits later joins on their own.

    1. 05 / 08

      Reach out

Email the whole list from your own inbox.

Campaigns go out from the recruiter's own mailbox, personalised and paced to stay inside Microsoft's sending limits, even when a send runs over several days. Every message lands on the candidate's record.

    2. 06 / 08

      Take the call

The call becomes notes on the record.

Drop in the call transcript and the resume. The notes that matter (what they want, what they earn, when they can move) are written to the candidate's profile for the next person who opens it.

    1. 07 / 08

      Submit

A clean resume and submittal, sent to the client.

DASH reformats the resume in the firm's template, drafts the submittal and sends it from the recruiter's inbox. The client receives something that looks like Considine, not like the candidate's word processor.

    2. 08 / 08

      Placed

Record the hire, the fee and the whole history.

Mark the placement and DASH records the start date and the estimated fee against the job, the client and the candidate. Every email, note and submittal that led there stays attached.

How we work ·  Any business

DASH is one building
The method is the same for yours

  1. 01

    Find it

We sit with your team and find the hours, data and know-how that nothing is using yet.

  2. 02

    Build it or buy it

Custom where it matters, off the shelf where it does not. Often both.

  3. 03

    Connect it

To the inbox, files and tools you already pay for, so nothing lives on an island.

  4. 04

Teach it and hand it over

Your team learns it, then it is yours. Larger builds like DASH include a year of support.

Tell us where you’re stuck

Bring the part of the week that eats the most time. We will tell you honestly whether it needs a custom build, a tool that already exists, or nothing at all.

Who you'll talk to

Larry Ursini designs and builds the systems himself. You talk to him, not an account manager.
